Hope you lovelies have a wonderful weekend! I, for one, am looking forward to having some time to clean up this joint! The dust bunnies in our house are almost as big as the cats at this point.
I also started a running class every Saturday morning, how's that for dedication? Haha! I am SO not one to identify myself as a runner, I've never had fun running before and could never understand why on earth people would want to go run?! - until now! It's probably cause our trainer, Kristin, is so enjoyable and easy-going, yet pushes you to go farther then you thought you could every time.
I've been doing workouts in the park with her too and actually look forward to exercise now- it's so invigorating and inspiring getting outside to do it! And it's a really mixed group of nice women of all ages and body types so it feels really comfortable with everyone. She has lots of fun classes like Big Kid Recess- I highly recommend checking her out, PDXers- first class is free! And she shares tons of health and fitness tips on her blog for those not in Portland!
Just wanted to pass her along as a resource for mo' self-care! Exercise has become one of the best ways for me to increase my mojo!
