I discovered the Clever Nettle blog from the vintage shop by the same name which I've been coveting for ages now. Run by miss Anja, her taste is so sweet, her photography is gorgeous (and seriously seems to be getting better and better everytime I look) and she's a fellow Portlander which automatically puts her in the awesome box- she writes about cool places and people around town often, and I like that!
Where do you live? A house in Portland, Oregon (but originally from British Columbia)
Where do you blog from? Usually the couch, an old golden floral number that has been destroyed by cat claws.
How long have you been blogging? I've had online diaries (hello livejournal, xanga) since I was still in highschool, but my current blog has been around for about three to four years. The main difference is that I don't use my blog to complain as much as I would as a teenager, ha ha.
What's one of the oddest/sweetest/craziest or most memorable comments you've ever received? The nicest stuff for me is when I can tell that I really have a lot in common with someone who is commenting/reading, and it's even better when I know I'll get a chance to hang out with them someday! I've only had a couple mean comments, the funniest one was on a post I wrote about being sick of seeing Zooey Deschanel everywhere online, and it simply said, "Bitter." haha!
What's one of your favorite posts/or fave series on your blog & why? I'm really excited about a Portland Street Style feature that I started recently, I still only have one post (gotta make more!) but the experience of meeting Madeline and taking her photo was so fun and silly that it totally stands out in my memory.
