Halloween is comin and I want some scary movies to watch! I've had AMC's "Fear Fest" movies on in the background while I work for the past couple days, but they're more like "snoozefest" movies! At least the ones they show midday- they're boring enough to allow me to get lots of work done, we'll say that!
The Shining was the first movie that really freaked me out when I was little and I want to feel scared like that again! Not just a little disturbed or grossed out, I want scared. I want to feel tangled up in suspense, I want to scream when there's something startling, I want to be able to not guess what's going to happen next!
I know those are tall orders for a movie, especially these days, but I'm wondering, what are some of the scariest, creepiest movie you've ever seen? Ones that made you scared to walk into a dark room or had you looking over your shoulder for days afterward? Old or new, foreign or American, it doesn't matter to me, I just want scary!
