I just discovered Rocky Top Studio, which is the photography shop of Allison Trentelman, on paper n stitch (via the b-line's main site as she's also a participant this month) Oh my goodness, my heart, it is bestilled! (Is that a word? Well, it is today!)
I am crazy head over heels for her forest floor series, which features macro shots of the alien things that surround us in nature, that we sometimes overlook. I especially like these images because they remind me of the fascinating things I see outside my door everyday here in Portland. Moss and lichen and mushrooms and water are some of the best parts about living in the Pacific NW!
